I like to keep my mornings simple: I'm not a morning person, and if I can sleep an extra few minutes by minimizing my morning routine, I'm all for it. In my head, I make up for it by taking my time at night pampering my skin. It makes sense, right?
- If I haven't had enough sleep, I like to apply eyepads to wake myself up and make sure I don't look like a zombie. The ones I'm using at the moment are just some random ones I picked up from Kohl's. They contain Cucumber and Green Tea Extracts and claim to nourish and refresh tired eyes. You can find/buy them online here.
- Next, I use my Cetaphil Cleanser to wash my face. This is super gentle and works for all skin types (If I'm really lazy or in a hurry, I'll use Micellar Cleansing Waters in replacement for this step. I use the one from Garnier atm.)
- Lastly, I apply moisturizer. On days, where my skin is feeling extra dry I use my Vichy Aqualia Thermal. If I'm having a good skin-day (usually the day after a pamper routine) I'll use my Neutrogena Gel-Cream, which is still hydrating, but not as intense as the Vichy.
